Dr. Lovato is the founder of La Loma Medical Office, Inc. He attended UC Berkeley for undergraduate studies. Then he attended University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago where he earned a degree in medicine. He trained in the specialty of Internal Medicine at the Alameda County Medical Center. He has been serving the East Oakland and South Stockton since 1997. His family is from San Jose de La Boca, Durango, Mexico.
